What is the appropriate mailing list to discuss unusual behavior of
various DNS servers "in the wild"?  As someone who is implementing a DNS
server, knowledge of the kinds of buggy and non-complient behavior some
DNS servers have is of great interest to me, so my code can have
workarounds for the DNS servers in question.
