It's clearly possible to use DHCPv6-lite for DNS discovery in a way
that does not require manual configuration, but read the draft and
decide for yourself.  Whether implementors and operators will chose to
support the no-manual-config co-located DHCPv6-lite server model is a
separate question, which might conceivably be the subject of a short
BCP doc if we reach consensus that this is important.
