Has there been any consideration of including 239.192/10 as a 'default local zone'? Though functional in-addr.arpa delegations for Class D space seem largely neglected, org-local and site-local seem like ideal candidates.
Though the ID's don't appear to call out such usage, we have been anycasting the AS112 well-known addresses within our IGP to maintain functional reverse lookups even when clients were inconsistently configured. Using this same mechanism for administratively scoped multicast would seem ideal given the alternatives. Thanks. ..kg..
