I can't provide good guidance, because the ITAR is "live". If we get a valid add request then it goes in, if we have a valid remove request it comes out. We could get three different changes in the span of an hour, or we could get no requests in the span of a whole month. Revisions to the registry are not batched into scheduled intervals, like, say, the root zone. Maybe they should be?
