I don't understand the rationale behind this one.
Can someone please explain to me?

I would think a child knows what "the rest" is at all time, and it's
best for him to have that oversight before he changes anything.
What am I missing, unknown standby keys?

When I change one nameserver in my delegation, I have to fill in the
other ones too with most parents. Where is DS different in that it
needs this requirement?
