Instead of "low iterations count", maybe "low iterations count (preferably 0)"?

i suggest we also add text stating that an iteration count higher than
three (or so) is likely to be treated by some validators as a resource
starvation attack and also an invitation to waste energy, leading to a
validation outcome of "bogus".
