Indeed it was. The annoying is that the github repository is labeled "draft-ietf-dnsop-algorithm-update" and thus you can see how we messed up the reference and made it "draft-ietf-dnsop-algorithm-update" instead of "draft-ietf-dnsop-rfc8624-bis".
