So new things will show up. Libraries break backward compatibility in
some cases. Applications may have to adapt.

Well, both AMTRELY and IPSECKEY had about 5 times more code because of their 
structure, mostly
because of the dynamic rdata keyed by a previous rdata field, which led to the 
current
solution:

        TypeIPSECKEY   uint16 = 45 // Not implemented.
        TypeAMTRELAY   uint16 = 260 // Not implemented.
