I have to agree with Warren. Considering all the things on DNSOP's plate,
this strikes me as an extremely poor use of our limited capacity.
If we do it, my plan is to be sure it has language making it crystal clear
that regartless of the status of this document, nothing whatsoever is
changing in practice.
