Dear Jishuang,
In terms of the process, the DNSOP chairs issue calls for adoption of
drafts. Before a CfA is issued, the draft must be discussed on the
mailing list and, preferably, presented during a DNSOP WG session at the
IETF.
The first step is to announce your draft to the mailing list, as you
have done, but without including the "Call for Adoption" in the title.
The following two questions can be asked to the WG:
