This happened last year: https://www.elandsys.com/r/52713 It's
related to the e164.arpa zone. There was the
vnd.supercard-pro-disk-image media-type registration request (most
probably done in good faith; it did not cause any issue). There was
a request to include GS1 in a namespace. I commented about that one
on the Applications and Real-Time Area Discussion mailing list last March.
