I belive I edited the draft we can simply remove the appendix without leaving dangling references. - I noticed a minor wording nit in the second paragraph of Section 4.4: When a caching server asks the server for AAAA RRs in the zone, it recognizes the delegation is lame, and return a response with the RCODE being 2 (SERVFAIL) to the stub resolver. where "return a response" should be "returns a response".
