I've been exploring options for taking telephone audio and making it
available on the web for Democaster:

I bumped into this site:
http://www.tellbush.org

It apparently records your message to President Bush and places it
online. This blog suggested that the audio files were being e-mailed
to the White House as well:

This site takes voicemail and turns them into Podcasts:

What is podcasting:

P.S. Is anyone aware of any government or elected official that is
making audio podcasts available?
