eBallot.net and Reform Party Announce
Largest Ever Binding Mixed-Media Election

National Primary Offers Online Choice To Voters

Seattle, WA - June 22, 2000 - eBallot.net (www.eballot.net), a
leading developer of online voting technologies, today announced that
eBallot.net will administer the Reform Party of the United States of
America's mixed media 2000 Presidential Nominating primary election.

"The Reform Party was founded upon the ideals of grassroots
involvement and legislative accountability," said Michael Farris
Chair of the Election Committee. "A mixed media election provides
our nationwide constituency with greater choice and the opportunity
to become further engaged in the electoral process. We chose
eBallot.net because they offer a secure and comprehensive election
solution that is powered by both robust online technology and more
importantly, people who understand and respect the election process."

During July, RPUSA voters will be mailed a ballot packet containing
both a paper ballot and a unique personal identifier with
instructions that will enable the voter the option of casting their
ballot online over eBallot.net's Internet voting site.

A RPUSA voter will be able to cast an eballot via the Internet for a
limited time prior to the Reform Party's convention in early August
or voters may return their paper ballot at any time before August 9,
2000. Both mail ballots and eballots will be tabulated and the
combined voting results will be revealed during the RPUSA 2000
convention in Long Beach, California on August 11, 2000.

"eBallot.net is excited to participate in this landmark event," said
Jeff Poole, president of eBallot.net. "The Reform Party is dedicated
to holding a fair and engaging election and we are honored to be
recognized as the trusted 'third party provider' that enables that to
happen. eBallot.net believes that remote voting is another great way
to bring communities closer together."
