I don't know if it needs a different stylesheet, but otherwise yes. And
preferably <index> and <bibliography> should be treated separately also
- these because you *can't* transform them into chapters or sections
like you can with a preface or appendix. That is, an <indexentry> can
only be contained by an <index>, not a <chapter>, and similarly a
<biblioentry> can only be contained by a <bibliography>.
