Sorry, I've since figured out the problem.
The problem was that the above example from docbookwiki_guide is wrong.
:-) But the underlying problem was that I should have paid less
attention to docbookwiki_guide (which suggests that no path information
is required in the original XML source) and more to Dashimir, who told
me that path information is required. Probably docbookwiki_guide needs
to be updated (under "edit_modes/html/html-img") to reflect this.
Also, can we please add "table support" as a feature request for the future?
