Salam, Abdo let's start first, IMHO we need a foundation. First you build the house then you buy the furniture... And to be honest IMHO we have #everything# set and done: the goals, the procedures, the rules, etc... we add the words and for a beginning we will have a #real# #complete# QAC. Then we can slowly work more on it and if someone wants to participate we say yeah sure here is the whole body, well defined, exisiting, founded!
