We used to have terms like those all the time in the german text books. I agree, arabic is harder to mix with english than german, but it is the only way i see to make an effective and useful arabic translation...

IMHO expressions like those don't need to be changed because in the end, you will have to write the code with the english words, and if you are reading a Doxygen documentation, then you are most likely a programmer.
