Salam, upstream KDE dropped Arabic for 4.1

Fedora 10 does not include kde-l10n-Arabic at all at the moment. This is a pretty sad state of affairs. :-( A few other languages are also affected by this issue (translations dropped from 4.1), but none as widely spoken as Arabic.
