Ahh, yes... it would have been smart of me to include a URL, eh?

WARNING: I dumped the Russian manual to a *single* HTML file, which means
that it loads in the page and then starts loading ALL the images into the
browser... which can make for a while to load.  You might want to turn off
the display of images (or at least be ready to push the Stop button).

The gentleman who is doing the translation only translated the first 4 chapters
or so before sending this to me as a trial.
