Built from the Chapter Files.

could it be that the full book isn't assigned the AOOdoc.ott template?
I assume it is the file AOO41GS.odt in the ForWiki folder
If I assign the AOOdoc.ott template to that file it seems that a lot
(not all) of the by Jean reported formatted lists are repaired.
