DOCBOOK-APPS: authorblurb ignored in xsl-stylesheet

Hi folks,

I'm considering moving to parsing with the xsl-stylesheet instead of the
dsssl. I just tried the newest one out but <authorblurb> isn't accepted as a
tag. However, <authorblurb> is perfectly legal in the 4.1.2 xml dtd...
