DocBook XML DTD 4.1.2, XT, DocBook XSL 1.27

Neither did I - the tag was just supressed.

Aaah, this is probably the root of my problem. We just have <authorblurb>
inside a <sect1> and haven't thought much about it since it gets parsed fine
with dsssl style sheets.
In the meantime I just made a new template for <authorblurb> which takes care
of the problem.
