DOCBOOK-APPS: Changing PDF bookmarks

Hi,

When viewing a DocBook generated PDF with Acrobat reader, there is a
bookmark reproducing the TOC on the left.
Each chapter is represented by a line:
"Chapter 1. Foo bar"
In Basque language it gives:
"Atala 1. Foo bar"
When it should show:
"1. Atala, Foo bar"

I had a quick look at dbl1eu.dsl but could not locate the right
function. If someone could tell me where to search or better, provide a
patch ;-)
