I don't think that mapping DB tags to ID styles is the best approach to import docbook files in InDesign. The DB DTD is simply to complex to be managed efficently by InDesign. Try to open a 300+ pages DB file in InDesign and you will discover from where my conviction come from (yes, you can split the file in chapters, but then you have the problem of cross references...).
