I think you need to install the JEuclid FOP plug-in
(http://jeuclid.sourceforge.net/jeuclid-fop/index.html).

It works well with:
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:/usr/share/java/jeuclid-core.jar:/usr/share/java/jeuclid-fop.jar
Now the fun part of hooking it up to autotools.
