Hi, thanks, got it.
The public identifier takes in a few parameters. Where do I learn about
these parameters?
It seems the following 2 have the same effect. What is the public-id?
<!ENTITY % isonum PUBLIC
"ISO 8879:1986//ENTITIES Numeric and Special Graphic//EN//XML"
<!ENTITY % isonum PUBLIC
"By Any Other Name" "http://www.w3.org/2003/entities/2007/isonum.ent">

Subject: [docbook] Isonum and entities not in Docbook 5?
I used to be able to use the entity £. In Docbook 5, I can't.
How do I do it now?
