Hi,
The catalog.xml file that comes with the DocBook 4.5 DTD distribution lists all the public identifiers for the entities files. I'm not clear what you mean by parameters in this context.

Hi, thanks, got it.

The public identifier takes in a few parameters. Where do I learn about these parameters?

It seems the following 2 have the same effect. What is the public-id?

<!ENTITY % isonum PUBLIC
"ISO 8879:1986//ENTITIES Numeric and Special Graphic//EN//XML" "http://www.w3.org/2003/entities/2007/isonum.ent";>

<!ENTITY % isonum PUBLIC
"By Any Other Name" "http://www.w3.org/2003/entities/2007/isonum.ent";>

I used to be able to use the entity £. In Docbook 5, I can't. How do I do it now?
