Working on the FAQs, I found another issue with the POD linking. I think that when linking directly to a document (like by using L<faqs::mod_perl>), the expected behaviour should be to insert the title of the document if another one isn't provided for. This would make linking easier as we wouldn't have to put in the whole title each time (which is subject to change).
We can just add this to the TODO for DocSet, and take a big TODO-squashing session sometime soon :) Lots to be done!
