Well, in Galeon it looks like some of the fonts, really a few of the characters of the font, are a bit fat compared to other chars. The "w" in "wget" and the "s" in panic% su. Minor, but I'm not sure why it looks better in Opera.


actually i think this is my fault because i [re-]suggested
to specfiy properties for the pre-rule.
maybe Galeon don't know how to display the specfied fonts
for the pre-rule. try and out-comment the whole pre-rule in
the stylesheet. if it looks better i suggest we don't use
any properties for the pre-rule.

as I corrected myself, I was complaining about <i>, not <code>. We don't override the default <i>, so it the default that sucks.

BTW, <pre> is just fine.
