I may not be the best person to ask :)

Driver man pages tend to be pretty terse, so writing them in nroff is not
that big of a hassle, just an ugly one. I imagine someone whose job is to
write non-trivial documentation will probably have a different opinion!

Currently we leverage Makefiles present in uts for both compilation and
packaging; I was hoping there may be something similar that could be used
for document generation.
