The link to the new PDF tarball is currently broken. My latest upgrade failed as the size now exceeds 15MB (it sits at about 22.5MB). Once this gets corrected, I shall try to put up the tarball. An odd problem (surprising since the size went up) is that a couple files that generated last time failed on this run. Rainer -- Mind the gap.
