I've attached a patch to document dispadmin's -u option in the manpage;
I don't know if this should be documented as it's intended for internal
use by the look of things, but otherwise it should probably be removed
from dispadmin's usage() output.
In this patch, there's also a sentence fragment towards the top that I
removed, although if you have the original source you can probably
correct the linkend instead.
Also, I know that this is produced from SGML; is that source available
as it would be a darn sight easier to hack on than these sources, plus I
could then see what was originally meant by these dangling "See "
references - there was another one of these in the proc(1M) manpage some
time ago and I suspect it might be the same cause.
