Hi Tom, Thanks for your patience. I'm checking on this now. I believe there is work underway to enable persistent links on docs.sun.com, so I've requested status on that.
In general, docs.sun.com is the web location for HTML man pages. I'm not sure if the content will update without changing the target, so I've requested that info also.
