Thanks for the great recap of Genunix history, etc. (some of which I had 
forgotten, if I was ever aware of it). I'm not trying to push anything 
or anyone, just mentioning that it's a great resource that is currently 
a little hidden on the OS.o site, and I am hoping to have it a little 
more visible for potential users.

In the end, though, it is people like you (and Venky) that keep Genunix 
running, and carry the burden of ensuring the system remains functional, 
secure, etc. I think it is therefore the decision of you and your 
co-admins to weigh the risks and decide on them. So, I leave it for you 
collectively to decide. You've done a great job so far; don't let me 
suggest something that would change that.
