In Chapter 7, I noticed some items that could potentially use some revision.
On page 128, there is mention of translation vendors. Since we (the generic "we" OpenSolaris contributors) will be doing the translations, and I doubt most of us will be paying someone for such work, the term "vendor" should probably be changed to something more reflective of the OpenSolaris model. Also, while documents can still expand due to translation, I'm guessing we will be less concerned with binding and shipping issues. :-) On page 129, there is a discussion regarding phone numbers and another around warranties. I'm guessing that these can possibly be dropped. Unless someone has other thoughts, I don't think OpenSolaris authors will be giving out their phone numbers or any warranties. On the other hand, do we want to keep this in TSG in case there is general talk over Sun hardware warranties and contact info?
