On page 144, there is a mention of the need for a legal notice. Is this needed for OpenSolaris documents? If so, should we get legal advice (Sun's eagles?) to draft a generic "use at your own risk, hair loss may occur" legal notice? Should it maybe just be a pointer to CDDL (if CDDL even covers documents)? Do we need a division between that provided by Sun's employees and that written by community members? Or...?
Another one I'm just throwing out there with no real solid suggestions of how we want to approach it, but think we may want to think about... I'm half-leaning to the "Legal notice? We don't need no stinking notice" argument, but it's a soft lean to starboard that a gentle breeze may correct. <shrug> Rainer This message posted from opensolaris.org
