[docs-discuss] Usage vs Programming

Both the Usage and Programming Guides are about using/taking advantage of the 
product's features.  I guess "programming" is a type of "usage" - when the 
users "use" the product to "program."  Or is "usage" meant to be 
"non-programming usage"?
