By the way, I'm currently working on a Zulu translation of the error documents. When I'm finished should I submit the patches all in one single mail or one by one?

I don't think there's a reviewer for Zulu on this list but if I'd fall into this category, I'd prefer a single mail instead of 10 or more... ;)
