Here, I meant writers of original English documentation.
There aren't as many contributor to documentation from
development team as is.  I don't think it is a very good
idea to tax origanal documentation contributor for the sake
of translations.  But...

... If the main purpose is just to invalidate the
translation in case of really important change, I guess
that's fine by me.
