I looked for an e-mail address for Web site corrections but didn't find it.
At "http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/rewrite/rewrite_guide_advanced.html";,
"Archive Access Multiplexer" appears in the navigation bar without a link
even though the topic is covered on the page. Perhaps, a name anchor
should be inserted on the page where "Archive Access Multiplexer" is
covered and a hyperlink added to the navigation bar?
At "http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/rewrite/rewrite_guide.html";,
"Time-Dependent Rewriting" and "Backward Compatibility for YYYY to
XXXX migration" appear in the navigation bar without links even though
both topics are covered on the page.Perhaps, name anchors should be
inserted on the page where "Time-Dependent Rewriting" and "Backward
Compatibility for YYYY to XXXX migration" are covered and hyperlinks
added to the navigation bar?
There are two "URL Rewriting Guides" in the Version 2.0 Documentation.
There are differences between the two, but they both cover the same subject

Perhaps, they should be merged? Perhaps one should be retitled?
