the current branch is 2.4 :)

I bet that Stefan wanted to release SSLPolicy for 2.4.28 and forgot to
update the docs references afterwards (that is understandable). These
issues happens from time to time in the trunk docs, and are usually fixed
during the 2.4 backport.
