httpd.apache.org does not specify where any of its issues are tracked, when
excluding the documentation proper (the version-specific product documentation
in the main repository, which is tracked on ASF Bugzilla). The README also no
longer does: https://github.com/apache/httpd-site/blob/main/README.md
According to https://lists.apache.org/thread/qdrlshlngdm89j55my4ys0xp9hcslx3f,
issues are now tracked here, in the Documentation component (also).
