The Installing on Ubuntu/Debian subsection of the Compiling and Installing page
contains, as last command:
> sudo service apache2 start
This command is designed to start httpd, which obviously does not install it,
but in that context, it just has no effect, as Debian has automatically started
httpd for decades:
