--- Comment #3 from Philippe Cloutier <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Rich Bowen from comment #1) > I strenuously disagree, and left it there on purpose. I am unsure what you disagree with. > Telling someone how to > start the server is a good thing, even if it is redundant. Telling someone how to start the server is a good thing, but the page did not do that. (In reply to Rich Bowen from comment #2) > Corrected systemctl syntax. The page did not call systemctl (directly). r1934632 makes a major improvement, commenting on the problematic command. The service commands should be moved to a different block though. Also, systemd should not be assumed. The best would be to just provide necessary information (package and service names) and let users tell which package and service manager is required/optimal. Details could be relegated to the distribution itself. For Debian, the documentation page is https://wiki.debian.org/Apache although it would be best to specify that it is already outdated (like Ubuntu’s). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
