The Current Apache HTTP Server Project Members section of the Apache
Contributors page has a broken “Joe Schaefer” link. There is no “joes” anchor
on that page. The Wayback Machine indicates this link was introduced between
2012-05-04 and 2012-05-22, and was apparently always broken.
By the way, Joe Schaefer is listed in the wrong section, having resigned in
2024: https://www.iconoclasts.blog/joe/apache-considered-harmful.html
