I just saw a report from Canada's top francophone medium about an inconsistency in Quebec: https://ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelle/2263308/travail-presentiel-periode-estivale-fonction-publique The version broadcast used the term "incohérence" to qualify a specific point where coherence was lacking between different ministries/teams.
