updated tar icon (gif and png)
The tar icon has a grey background colour instead of being transparent.
I have updated the icon to fix the background transparency, as well as updated
the colours and letter anti-aliasing to match other similar icons (dvi, hqx,
pdf, ps, uu).
Attached is the updated icon, both gif and png versions. I am releasing this
updated icon into the public domain.
