#1624: Documentation does not explain field names are case sensitive

After my troubles with joining, I had two separate responses tell me that
it did not work because the case of my field names did not match the
Doctrine definitions for my fields. I searched through the documentation
to see if I missed anything regarding case sensitivity in field names and
did not find anything (I did see explanations for different type of case
handling, but nothing explicit that there must be a 1:1 correspondence
with case).
