#1692: Versionable creating too many Foreign Key constraints

 This is a MySQL CREATE TABLE query after creating tables with Doctrine
 1.1:

 * You'll notice that the FK names are from
 [http://trac.phpdoctrine.org/ticket/1691 the last ticket I created]. The
 problem exists regardless of my patch, as you can see here
 [http://paste2.org/p/106686] from the ALTER TABLE statements that Doctrine
 creates before my patch.  I just think it's easier to see the problem with
 the FK names being the same length.

 Anyway, there are 5 too many Foreign Keys, all on `id`, one of which is a
 duplicate.

 It's not just because that table is self-referencing.  Here's two more:
